WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

ALL ITEMS ARE PRE-ORDER, Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please note we estimate that any orders will be dispatched in 1-3 weeks.  Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Free shipping for over HKD2000 and Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected service.

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier or contact pochustudio@gmail.com for assistance.

RETURNS 

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be rejected.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE?

Exchanges for the same item can be facilitated. If you require a different style, please return the original item and place a new order.
